Marvin Miller, President
Marv started with Twin City Roofing in 1979 as an estimator and purchasing agent. He has also worked as project coordinator and handled most of the administrative duties. He has been President of Twin City Roofing since 2010.
Scott Harr, Vice President and Territory Manager, scott@twincityroofingllc.com
Scott began his career with Twin City Roofing in 1985 as a crew member. He has been in sales and estimating since 1987. Scott manages the western portion of Twin City Roofing’s coverage area.
Jason Geigle, Estimator and Project Manager, jason@twincityroofingllc.com
Jason joined Twin City Roofing in 2012. He had 15 years of previous experience as an estimator and project manager with other North Dakota contractors. Jason also serves as the Safety Director for Twin City Roofing.
Rich Zittleman, Territory Manager, rich@twincityroofingllc.com
Rich joined Twin City Roofing in 2017. He has 27 years of design experience with a local architect, specializing in detailing and project management. Rich manages the eastern portion of Twin City Roofing’s coverage area.
Linda Johnson, Office Manager, linda@twincityroofingllc.com
Linda’s is the voice you hear when you first call Twin City Roofing. She does all the payroll, billing and cost accounting for us. She has been with us since 1996.
Crew Foremen
Dave Bender started with Twin City Roofing in 1977 as a laborer. He progressed to crew foreman. Dave has been in charge of crews that installed roofs at Mandan Middle School, Bismarck Civic Center, Dakota Carrier Network, Sanford Family Wellness Center, Dan’s Supermarket, Starion Sports Complex, most of the stores at Hay Creek Shops and many other projects.
Gary Bullinger began his career in 1981. During his time as a crew foreman, he has been involved with projects such as Bismarck State College, Buffalo Mall, Kirkwood Mall, Burleigh-Morton Detention Center, United Quality Travel Center, Proximal 50 and Maryvale Convent in Valley City, as well as mall projects in Watertown, SD and Brainerd, MN.
Darwin Hibl has been the crew foreman for the Twin City Roofing Dickinson operation for many years. He began with the company in 1982. He has been in charge of many projects, including Trinity High School, TMI, Dan Porter Motors, Sax Motors, Players and Martin Construction to name some of the major projects.
Ron Lee came to Twin City Roofing in 1989, starting as a laborer. His crews have done most of the roofing at Great River Energy’s Coal Creek Station, as well as a broad variety of other projects including the Bismarck Airport, Mandan Community Center, Red Trail Elementary, Army Aviation Support Facility and Roers Hall at the University of Mary.
Jim Markel has been with Twin City Roofing since 1974, beginning as a laborer and progressing to the crew foreman level. Some of his notable projects have been Prairie Knights Casino, Bobcat, The Bank of North Dakota and Legacy High School.
John Neibauer started with Twin City Roofing in 1987. He advanced from laborer to crew foreman. He has been in charge of crews that did much of the work at the University of Mary South Campus and the Science Center, as well as Dan’s Supermarket, Holiday Gas and NISC.
Jeff Peterson began his career with Twin City Roofing in 1984. He also worked his way through the ranks to become a crew foreman. Some of his projects include Cloverdale Foods, United Blood Services, Minnkota Power Coop, Wells Fargo, Tesoro Refinery, BNC Bank and Buffalo Wings and Rings. Jeff is also one of the main crane operators.
Mark Weigel is the sheet metal foreman. He has been with Twin City Roofing since 1986. He has been in charge of metal roof installations at many sites including Tyler Parkway Business Center, Bismarck Tribune, Kirkwood Bank and Trust, Capital Credit Union, St. Alexius Mandan Clinic and Trinity High School. His crew’s work is also visible on nearly every project that is done by Twin City Roofing as there is nearly always fascia, wall cap or trim of some type that is visible to all.
